Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the OverPWR Ltd. (“OverPWR”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website or submitting any information or pitches to us. By using our website or submitting information, you (“you”, “user”, “submitter”) agree to these Terms. OverPWR Ltd. is a company registered in Malta with company number C 104935.

  • By submitting your pitch, you acknowledge that OverPWR may currently or in the future be examining other pitches that are similar to or compete with the pitch you submit. You agree that Greighter’s consideration of your pitch is not an acknowledgment of novelty, priority, or originality.

5. No Obligation
  • OverPWR is under no obligation to pursue any pitch or idea submitted, nor is OverPWR obligated to return any materials provided by the submitter.

6. GDPR Compliance

7. Limitation of Liability
