  • By submitting your pitch, you acknowledge that OverPWR may currently or in the future be examining other pitches that are similar to or compete with the pitch you submit. You agree that Greighter’s consideration of your pitch is not an acknowledgment of novelty, priority, or originality.

5. No Obligation
  • OverPWR is under no obligation to pursue any pitch or idea submitted, nor is OverPWR obligated to return any materials provided by the submitter.

6. GDPR Compliance
  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability
